Entiat Valley Community Services
Food Bank
Fighting Hunger,
Homelessness & Poverty
by enriching the lives of
those we serve through
nutritious food, and
quality human services
Thank You!
We would like to recognize the many compassionate, generous people, organizations, volunteers and businesses in our community, plus donors and foundations outside our community. So we have created a 'Wall of Gratitude' with a brief description of the act, donation, service or kindness rendered. We are grateful to all of you who help us help others.
People Helping People - Folks who go above and beyond
We live in a community who give generously of themselves and/or through donations of food or money. Some people gather or donate food, others volunteer at the food bank or in our programs. Many prefer to remain anonymous or work behind the scenes.
We are thankful to all of our donors and volunteers and are truly blessed. We are so proud of our community, our volunteers and our donors! Thank You.
In 2012:
- Volunteers donated 7500 hours feeding, clothing and services for people in need
- Over 77,000 pounds of food was donated to the food bank
- Over 3500 pounds of clothing, bedding and supplies was donated to the food bank

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters of Vermont donated 9 cases of Fair Trade Vermonty Country Blend ground coffee to EVCSFB. Their donation provided our neighbors in need delicious coffee, an extra treat for those who cannot afford the luxury of this item. Our neighbors stated, 'it was the best coffee they have ever tasted'. EVCSFB is constantly seeking funds and donations of product to help our neighbors in need to ensure that everyone has food and services and the quality of life we all deserve. As Entiat Valley service branches out, getting more room gets more urgent | The Wenatchee World
To date we have raised over $11,000 to reach our goal. The funds allowed EVCSFB to enter a lease-purchase agreement for the new facility. We are in the process of moving in, however, we still need to raise $98,000 to own our building.
